All event details will be emailed to you at least 48 hours before the retreat day.
Please Note: You must bring your own mat and any other equipment you expect to use during your practice.
PRIOR TO ATTENDING:
You must complete the health form prior to attending a session in person or online; this is a strict requirement and unfortunately we will be unable to welcome you into the session if you have not already submitted a completed form. This only needs to be completed once. If any details change in the future then please amend when applicable.
