How long does the training last?

Pillar 1 – Initiate of Light is a journey of 6 months with the next intake beginning in early 2022.
Pillar 2 – Priestess of Light will begin for its next round in Autumn 2022 which also runs for 6 months.
There will be one intake per pillar each year.

How many hours do I need to commit to the mystery school each week?

We encourage you to fully embody this training as with all aspects of our personal spiritual practice it requires a commitment to the self. As you journey deeper into your connection with the Divine Mother, you will find that becoming devoted to yourself and your practice becomes easier and easier.

We hold this space for you and draw forth sacred teachings so you can learn, grow and expand into your spiritual self.

You will work at your own pace during each teaching and allow yourself the space to assimilate what you are learning. The priestess path is a way of life that you will grow and expand into as you embody each and every teaching.

What if I am unsure about the priestess path?

It is natural to feel like that, questioning ‘who am I to call myself a priestess?’

We have all gone through that part of our journey, it is part of the process as we align with our truths and uncover who we truly are at the core.

If you have been drawn to this page then something deep within is guiding you back to yourself. Trust that all will unfold as it is meant to, you are worthy of this training and you are right where you need to be.

What is sacred mentoring?

If anything comes up during the duration of your training and you wish to go deeper or seek guidance, then there is an option for you to work with Rachael & Helen in a private 1-2-1 session. These are booked and paid for as and when required.

Do you have a refund policy?

The Priestess of Light Mystery School is a sacred journey of self-initiation and requires a heartfelt commitment.

It will guide you on the path of the priestess which will be a very personal and intimate journey as you are guided back to your truth therefore there will not be refunds available once you have registered.

You will get lifetime access to the materials in the portal which will support you on your journey beyond the Initiation of Light.

Etheric Apothecary

What is an essence?

An essence is the extract of the plant, flower, tree or stone person, we perceive it as the purest aspect of each living form we craft essences from. The source of its life force. It is the extract from the plant, flower, tree, rock, stone or crystal that work to have a positive effect on the emotions supporting you as you navigate the shadow realms of anger, dejection, cold-heartedness, anxiety, fear and so much more. Each essence is used to support you on an emotional level as you navigate your everyday struggles, offering support on an emotional level.

Each essence holds its own mysteries which can be unlocked as you journey deeper into connection with it. They work with you in an entirely unique way aiding you to transmute negative traits & patterns to their more positive aspects.

How is it made? What does it contain?

Each essence is crafted by hand through the process of extraction of the essence of the plant or stone in holy water, blessed by the goddess or the sacred energies we are working with. This can take anything from 1 to 4 hours dependent on the living form that we are working with. This process is done in sacred space within the realms of the Etheric Apothecary. The essence created is the mother essence which is combined with 50% alcohol. From the mother essence stock bottles are then created in small batches again using holy water and 3 drops of the mother essence. The etheric template of plant, flower or tree is brought forth to hold the essence in its highest vibration.

Usage:

An essence is taken internally on the tongue or diluted in a glass of water. Our recommended dosage is 1-3 drops per day.

What is the difference between an essence and an essential oil?

Essences are made from the extract of plant matter combined with holy water and alcohol they do not contain oil. They are for internal use only (see usage details).

How long will my essence last for?

An essence will last for 6 months to 2 years providing they are stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

What water is used?

Water blessed under the light of the new moon.
Water from the Chalice Well in Glastonbury.
Spring water from the waterways of East Yorkshire.
Water blessed by the Goddess Consciousness.

Do your essences contain alcohol?

Our essences are 50% alcohol so are not recommended for children or pregnant women.

DISCLAIMER:

Essences offer deep energetic support, however they are not medicinal and are not an alternative to prescribed medication. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Always seek medical advice before adding anything new to your daily health routines.

Yoga & Sound Alchemy

Who can Practise Yoga?

Yoga is for everyone and every body. In our sessions, you work at your own pace and we ensure you feel comfortable throughout your practice.

Helen would be happy to talk you through yoga in further detail, if you still have concerns.GET IN TOUCH

How often should I practice yoga?

For the asana practise I would recommend you attend a class once or twice a week and do personal practice alongside too but with the rest of the limbs of yoga, this becomes your road map to life and you become an embodiment of yoga. Yoga is a way of life, it is the practice of being not doing.

Do I have to be flexible to practice yoga?

No, not at all. You will find with regular practise that you will naturally improve your flexibility and fitness. Besides, we all have to start somewhere, so come along and start your practice today. The hardest part is showing up and rolling out the mat.

What do I bring to a yoga class?

You will need to bring your own mat to use. You may find that two blocks and a belt may help in certain postures but these are not essential. Remember to wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothes and if it’s cold perhaps some non-slip yoga socks. The only other items you require are your body and your mind.

I have a medical problem; can I still attend yoga classes?

Yoga is often used to relieve physical pain, however, please mention any medical problems you may have in advance of your yoga. For example, please tell us if you suffer from back pain, high/low blood pressure, joint problems etc. It is also important to let Helen know if you are pregnant.

How long should I wait to practice yoga after I have eaten?

It is best to wait 2-3 hours after a meal before you practice yoga, and 1 hour after a snack such as a piece of fruit. This allows the body time to digest the food before you practice. Ideally you should be practicing on an empty stomach.

Is Yoga Alchemy suitable for beginners?

It most certainly is. Just remember to relax, enjoy and most of all have fun.
