Terms and Conditions for the Etheric Apothecary

Training

Training:

You must be 18 years of age or older to use/sign up for any of our Etheric Womb Healing. You represent and warrant that any profile information you submit is true and accurate and that you are 18 years of age or older and are fully able and competent to enter into, and abide by these Terms. Our Etheric Womb Healing is not intended for those under the age of 18. Use of our healings is void where prohibited.

Purchasing our merchandise:

If you wish to work with our essences you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase due to the alcohol content in each bottle.

MemberVault Account:

In order to access our Etheric Womb Healing Course, you must create an account on our MemberVault platform. When enrolling for this programme, you must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update this information to keep it current. If you provide any information that is inaccurate or incomplete, or we have reason to believe that the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and your use of the platform.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur through your account. To protect your account from unauthorised use, do not provide your username or password to anyone else. No Refunds

Etheric Womb Healing is a self-initiated journey that requires heartfelt commitment. It will guide you deeper into the realms of the self, igniting deeper layers of your truth. Therefore on purchase there will not be any refunds. You will have lifetime access to the content within the portal, which will support you on your journey.

Trainings:

Payments are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods.

When you receive access to content, the resolution and quality of the content you receive will depend on a number of factors, including:

• Type of device you are using
• Bandwidth

We endeavour to provide a quality viewing experience. However we cannot guarantee as the quality you will receive will be dependent at your side. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept this possibility.

We reserve the right to make changes to the content as and when we feel it is required. We also have the right to replace or remove any resources in the course and any other changes in how we operate it.

Price Changes

In the future the price of the offering may change but this will not impact on previously made purchases. Upon purchase the price offered is the price which will remain.

No Sharing

You may not share, give or sell your login details to any other person or entity.

Fraudulent use of the Etheric Womb Healing will result in the immediate cancellation of trainee access with no refund. When you sign up you agree to take all actions possible to protect your login details from fraudulent use. We reserve the right to cancel your access if we believe has been compromised, or is being fraudulently used, at our sole discretion.

All property in the materials and resources we provide to you via the Etheric Womb Healing or otherwise belongs to The Temple of Light, or has been licensed to us. Unless we agree otherwise, you can only use said materials and resources for your own personal use and you may not share them with third parties.

Unless we explicitly state or agree otherwise in writing, the resources and materials we provide to you may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited other than for your own personal use in accordance with this agreement.

Etheric Womb Healing:

In all of the sessions we will provide instruction that we are qualified to give.

However, any information or guidance that we provide is not a substitute for the consultation, diagnosis or medical treatment of your doctor or healthcare provider.

We exclude all responsibility and shall have no liability for any damages, loss or injury suffered by you or any third party as a result of your participation in our Etheric Womb Healing.

If you have any specific questions or concerns about any medical matter, you must consult your doctor or healthcare provider as soon as possible.

You acknowledge that any form of participation contains a degree of risk.

You agree to checking with your GP or healthcare provider before you start any new programme.

By taking part our online sessions you confirm that you have been given permission by your doctor or other healthcare provider to practice in this field.

Nothing in our healing should cause you any pain. If discomfort or pain is experienced, then please stop immediately and seek advice.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you take full responsibility for assessing your physical, emotional and mental capability for this.

It is your responsibility to listen to your body as you follow our teachings. Do not push yourself beyond your limit.

Your Personal Data

Any personal information will only be used by The Etheric Apothecary, and will only be used to contact you in regards to our healing.

We will only store names and email addresses.

We will never disclose this information to third parties.

You may opt-out at any time by emailing us.

We will store your information unless removal from our mailing list is requested.

Etheric Apothecary Essences:

Re-labelling and reselling

The Etheric Apothecary Essences may not be re-labelled, resold (either singly or in custom blends) or used in commercial products without our written permission. Our essences cannot be used as ingredients for others to manufacture their own commercial products from.

Product Disclaimer

All material and information presented by The Etheric Apothecary Essences is intended to be used for educational or informational purposes only. The statements and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease. Please consult a qualified health care practitioner for proper diagnosis and treatment of all medical conditions.

Change to the services and prices:

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product or service without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Products or services

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Payment

All payment is due a check out via PayPal, credit or debit card or apple pay. Thank you for your business.

Shipping

All items will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days via royal mail based on weight. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed orders.

Orders outside of the UK may incur duty/taxes/fees from customs. Payment is the responsibility of the recipient – it is not included in the shipping charge. Package delivery may be delayed due to customs processing.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted. We only replace items that are damaged.

Cancellation requests received prior to shipment will be honoured with full refund.

Cancellation requests received after shipment require that the buyer refuse shipment. Upon receipt of goods, buyer will be refunded in full.

Exchanges:

If you notice something is wrong with your purchase, please notify us ASAP. We guarantee replacement of defective or damaged items. We must be notified of the damage within 10 business days of your receipt of the order. Please save the damaged packaging and the contents until your refund or exchange is arranged. Please email us a digital picture of the damage, so we can see what happened to hello@thetempleoflight.co.uk

If you receive a damaged product, we will arrange a replacement or refund, email hello@thetempleoflight.co.uk

Safety

Use of Essences:

All essences are made with 50% alcohol content and it is advised that you stick to the recommended dosage of 1-3 drops per day. The essences we sell are stock bottles so they are a higher concentrate than the essences you can buy on the high street which are dosage bottles.
