You will be sent a link by email to complete a Health Form on this website – you must complete this form prior to attending a class; this is a strict requirement and unfortunately I will be unable to welcome you into the class if you have not already submitted a completed form. This only needs to be completed once. If any details change in the future then please amend when applicable.

As we welcome this time of illumination it is time for ourselves to radiate our soul light and to honour our incredible Grandfather Sun.

In this workshop we will mirror the beautiful energy of Summer, celebrate the glorious turn of the wheel – Summer Solstice – and activate the solar codes within.

Expect creative flows, powerful pranayama and deep relaxation.
