Soul & Sound Sessions

Date: Monthly on the Friday closest to the Full Moon (see dates below)

Time: 7pm-9pm

Location: Hornsea Town Hall

Please Note: You must bring your own mat and any other equipment you expect to use during your practice.

PRIOR TO ATTENDING A CLASS:
You will be sent a link by email to complete a Health Form on this website – you must complete this form prior to attending this session; this is a strict requirement and unfortunately, I will be unable to welcome you into the class if you have not already submitted a completed form. This only needs to be completed once. If any details change in the future then please amend when applicable.

Please note that classes cannot be refunded or transferred to another session with less than 24 hours notice.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Sound therapy is not advisable if you have/are:

• Pacemaker
• Epilepsy
• Pregnant

Please let us know if you have ever suffered from a seizure or are hypersensitive to sound. Please also be aware that if you have any metal plates or implants that these can sometimes be felt, though not necessarily and may not affect your experience in any way. If you wear hearing aids, it is advised to take these out before we begin.
