Location: The Temple of Light Studio, Great Hatfield
PRIOR TO ATTENDING A SESSION:
You must complete the health form prior to attending a session in person or online; this is a strict requirement and unfortunately I will be unable to welcome you into the session if you have not already submitted a completed form. This only needs to be completed once. If any details change in the future then please amend when applicable.
Please contact me if you have any problems completing the form.
You will receive a reminder email with full details of your class the day before.
Please note that sessions cannot be refunded (unless place filled) or transferred to another session with less than 24 hours notice.
