Terms and Conditions of The Sangha of Light Membership
The Sangha of Light membership platform is an online community to support you in your home practice. Please make sure you read the following terms and conditions before you commit to joining us.

If you sign up to this membership you agree to be legally bound by this contract.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use sign up for this membership. You represent and warrant that any profile information you submit is true and accurate and that you are 18 years of age or older and are fully able and competent to enter into, and abide by these Terms. The membership is not intended for those under the age of 18. Use of the membership is void where prohibited.
In order to use the membership, you must create an account on our MemberVault platform. When registering for the membership, you must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update this information to keep it current. If you provide any information that is inaccurate or incomplete, or Helen has reason to believe that the information is inaccurate or incomplete, she may suspend or terminate your account and your use of membership.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur through your account. To protect your account from unauthorised use, do not provide your username or password to anyone else. Please notify Helen immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
The membership auto-renews automatically each month or year depending on which payment plan you have chosen.
If you would like to cancel your membership, you can do so via the cancellation form at www.thealchemyoflight.co.uk and Helen will cancel it for you.
Please ensure plenty of time for the cancellation to take place before your next payment date. Refunds cannot be applied to membership payments taken before cancellation.
Following a cancellation, you will lose access to all content at the end of your billing period. If you choose to sign back up as a member, your billing date will update to the day you paid. You can renew at anytime.
Payments are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods. Following a cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to your membership through the end of your current billing period.
When you receive access to the membership content, the resolution and quality of the content you receive will depend on a number of factors, including:
- Type of device you are using
Helen endeavours to provide a quality viewing experience. However cannot guarantee as the quality you will receive will also be dependent at your side. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept this possibility.
Helen reserves the right to make changes to the membership as and when it is required. Helen also has the right to replace or remove any resources in the membership and any other changes in how she operate its.
In the future the price of the membership fee may change, in which case you will be notified via email and notice of one month will be given before the next payment date.
You may not share, give or sell your login details to any other person or entity.
Fraudulent use of the membership will result in the immediate cancellation of the membership with no refund. When you sign up you agree to take all actions possible to protect your login details from fraudulent use. Helen reserves the right to cancel any membership she believes has been compromised, or is being fraudulently used, at her sole discretion.
All property in the materials and resources provided to you via the membership or otherwise belongs to Helen, or has been licensed to her. Unless agreed otherwise, you can only use said materials and resources for your own personal use and you may not share them with third parties.
Unless Helen explicitly states or agrees otherwise in writing, the resources and materials provided to you may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited other than for your own personal use in accordance with this agreement.
In all of the sessions Helen will provide instruction that she is qualified to give.
However, any information or guidance that is provided is not a substitute for the consultation, diagnosis or medical treatment of your doctor or healthcare provider.
Helen excludes all responsibility and shall have no liability for any damages, loss or injury suffered by you or any third party as a result of your participation in her sessions.
If you have any specific questions or concerns about any medical matter, you must consult your doctor or healthcare provider as soon as possible.
You acknowledge that any form of exercise contains a degree of risk.
You agree to checking with your GP or healthcare provider before you start any new exercise programme.
By taking part in Helen’s online sessions you confirm that you have been given permission by your doctor or other healthcare provider to practice yoga.
Nothing in these sessions should cause you any pain. If discomfort or pain is experienced, then please stop immediately.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you take full responsibility for assess your physical and mental capability for this exercise.
It is your responsibility to listen to your body as you follow the videos. Do not push beyond your limit.
Your Personal Data
Any personal information will only be used by Helen, and will only be used to contact you in regards to the membership.
Helen will only store names and email addresses.
Helen will never disclose this information to third parties.
You may opt-out at any time by emailing at email@example.com
Helen will store your information unless removal from our mailing list is requested.
